Are your mixes safe for celiacs? Yes. Our mixes are certified gluten-free to less than 20ppm and produced in a certified allergen-free facility.
Are your products vegan? Yes — all our mixes are 100% vegan. No eggs, no dairy, no animal byproducts.
What allergens are absent from your products? Our mixes are free from the Top 9 allergens — gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, fish, and shellfish. They are also oat-free.
Do your mixes contain xanthan gum or additives? No. We use no xanthan gum, no gums of any kind, no preservatives, and no artificial additives. 6 clean ingredients only.
Are your products organic or kosher? Yes — our facility is certified organic and kosher.

How easy are your mixes to use? Very easy. Each mix comes with clear instructions. You only need to add water — no complex techniques required.
Can the baked goods be frozen? Yes — our Rustic Bread in particular is freezer-friendly and keeps its texture after freezing. It doesn't fall apart.
How many ingredients do I need to add to the mix? Most of our mixes require only water. No eggs, no butter, no oil needed.
